As the Founder of SG Insights (SGi), Stephen is dedicated to empowering organizations with data science tools and research insights. 

His client portfolio includes prominent entities such as the American Heart Association, American Industrial Hygiene Association, and the American Epilepsy Society, among others, spanning a diverse range of memberships.

Over his career, Stephen has conducted over 200 strategic assessments, employing a range of research methodologies such as online surveys, focus groups, and interviews. He synthesizes feedback into comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations tailored to meet client needs.

Stephen's academic background in sociology, with a Master's degree from Loyola University in Chicago, informs his understanding of complex social dynamics, particularly regarding race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, sex, and gender. This insight allows him to deeply immerse himself in client businesses and understand the diverse communities they serve.
